The congregation shared in worship on this Pentecost Sunday considering the theme “Testify!” Jami led us through a focus moment where we considere what symbols we use to symbolize the coming of the Holy Spirit. What are the images that come to mind at different times? How do we give expression to wha is inexpressible?
We also considered how music speaks to us. How does the Holy Spirit come to us through music?
Several folks shared songs that are particularly meaningful to them and why those songs speak to them.
We continue to discern where God is leading the congregation: What will church look like post-COVID? How would our mission best be lived out in worship, fellowship, outreach and stewardship?
